This document sets out all the conditions for using the ba77 platform. Please read it in full before creating an account.

The following terms apply to all services, games, and promotional offers on the ba77 platform. By using the platform, you are considered to have given your full consent to these terms. If you do not agree with any condition, please refrain from using the platform.
01. General Terms
ba77 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and various entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between ba77 and its users.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.
1.1 Applicability of Terms
- These Terms apply to ba77's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
- ba77 reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
- The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative version.
02. Eligibility & Age Requirement
To create an account and use services on ba77, a user must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The applicant must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- The user must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
- The user must join the platform entirely of their own free will and decision.
- The user must be a legally competent individual and must not be a person who has been declared incapable of conducting legal proceedings by a court or government authority for any reason.
- ba77 reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time; failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension of the account.
Any account opened on behalf of or for use by a minor will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.
03. Account Registration
To create a valid account on ba77, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incorrect information will result in immediate cancellation of the account.
3.1 Registration Rules
- Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited, and if discovered, all accounts and balances will be cancelled.
- The name, mobile number, and other personal details provided at the time of registration must be truthful.
- Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. The password should not be shared with anyone else.
- Any unauthorized access to the account or security breach must be reported to ba77 immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
ba77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time as deemed necessary. The following documents may be requested during this process:
- A copy of the National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account).
04. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ba77 are conducted through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking methods and bank transfers. All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (via any method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
- Deposits must be made only from the user's own account or mobile number. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- After making a deposit, it is generally credited to the account immediately; however, bank transfers may take some time to process.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same mobile number or bank account from which the deposit was made.
- To withdraw funds received from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
- ba77 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
05. Bonuses & Promotions
ba77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, and it is important to read them carefully.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 as a bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total balance ৳22,000.
- This bonus can be claimed only once per user.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- If the wagering requirements are not met, winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly stated.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ba77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- ba77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Benefits under the VIP membership program may change depending on the user's activity.
06. Betting & Gaming Rules
All games on ba77 are conducted fairly and transparently. Any attempt to manipulate or improperly influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
6.1 Game Operation
- The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
- Live casino games are provided by world-class providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
- Slot games are from various reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI.
- If a technical error occurs in any game, the bets for that round may be cancelled and the amount will be refunded.
6.2 Sports Betting
- Sports betting rules apply separately for each market.
- If an event is cancelled, bets are generally voided and the deposit is returned.
- ba77 reserves the right to void bets where clearly incorrect or abnormal odds have been offered.
07. Security & Privacy

- All data transmission is protected by SSL encryption.
- Users' personal information is not sold or shared with third parties (except where legally required).
- Users are required to use a strong password for the security of their account.
- ba77 is not responsible for information theft through phishing or social engineering if the user themselves provided the information.

08. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the security and fairness of the ba77 platform:
- Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits (Bonus Abuse).
- Using software bots or automated programs to play games.
- Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyber attack.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion or conspiracy.
- Creating an account using a false identity.
- Placing bets for or on behalf of third parties.
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in ba77 immediately cancelling the account and confiscating the entire balance.
09. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Suspension by ba77
ba77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
- Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity.
- Order from a court or government authority.
9.2 Closed by User
- Any user may close their account of their own free will.
- Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance will be provided (subject to wagering requirements being met).
- A self-exclusion request can be made as part of responsible gaming.
10. Limitation of Liability
ba77 is an entertainment gaming platform. Any decisions and risks related to gaming are entirely the user's own.
- ba77 is not responsible for a user's gaming outcomes or financial losses.
- ba77 is not responsible if gaming is interrupted due to internet disconnection, power outage, or device issues.
- ba77 is not obligated to provide any compensation if the service is disrupted due to reasons beyond ba77's control (Force Majeure).
- ba77 is not responsible if account information falls into another person's hands due to reasons attributable to the user (sharing passwords, device theft, etc.).
11. Changes and Amendments
ba77 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, efforts will be made to notify users as early as possible.
- Amended terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
- Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms and conditions will be considered as consent to the new terms.
- Users are encouraged to check this page regularly.
- If any clause of these terms and conditions becomes legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in force.
